How do I book?
You can purchase a drop in class 6 class pass or 10 class pass here. Class passes can only be used for ONLINE classes. This link will take you directly to our booking page where you can view the class schedule, transfer or cancel classes and keep up to date with any class changes.
Are the classes suitable for complete beginners?
Definitely! The classes are taught by an experienced instructor who is able to modify the exercises to suit your individual ability. If you have any questions prior to joining a class, please contact us here.
What is the cancellation policy?
Class pass purchases are not eligible for a refund, however you are given the option to transfer up to two classes throughout the block. You can make these changes yourself by using the booking website.
Drop in classes are not eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled class.
Do I need to bring anything?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you must bring your own mat. All other small equipment will be provided as they can be cleaned thoroughly between client use. Please bring along water with you if required and arrive in suitable clothing to exercise in. We recommend doing the class barefoot or in socks with gripped soles. We have toilets within the bowling club. You must wear a face mask when moving around the facility but this can be removed during exercise when at your allocated spot.
