All classes are Physiotherapy led and your health is at the centre of everything we do.
We offer a class that is specific for Men only and classes that are suitable for anyone at any level.
Antenatal and Postnatal
Our postnatal Pilates classes are designed to help you regain fitness, strength and flexibility following your pregnancy and birth and meet other mums. The class is suitable from 6-12 weeks postnatal and ensuring you have had the all clear from your GP to return to exercise. We focus on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor safely and build your confidence back with exercise.
We recommend you book a ‘mummy MOT’ or women’s health Physiotherapy assessment if you have any concerns with your post natal recovery, such as prolapse or c-section complications, prior to starting the class.
The class is designed for you and your baby to both attend.
Antenatal sessions TBC.
Barre
Our postnatal Barre/Pilates class is suitable for any mum and their baby from around 12 weeks postnatal. This is a great follow on class from the postnatal Pilates sessions or for those of you who wish to combine your love for Pilates with a bit of low-impact cardio. Barre is a unique workout program that blends the principles of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Half of the session is based in standing at a barre and half the session is on the mat.
Please make sure you have had the all clear from your GP to start exercise.
The class is designed for you and your baby to both attend.
